5:42 p.m. meeting Toriea, seconded by Jen T
Old Business – Nominations went out will be open until March 15th
Silvers Volunteer discussion – host team any kids can swim – so our kids can swim
regardless if they qualified

  • Jen T to send out a volunteer list for Fri Sat Sun
  • Admissions/concessions
  • Coach Jen to take care of food for the coaches
  • We need stop watches pencils
  • OCC supplies guards
  • Fees discussions
    Bronze – venue – OCC or Newburgh?
    Parade – sweatshirts – do we have a banner?
    Security at meets – school needs to provide or we have to pay? If we want – we have to pay
  • We need to have a protocol on safety/lockdowns
    Summer Session – Coach Jen is working on some possible locations
    Coaches need to notify Lena when they have tryouts/new swimmers so we can get them to
    do the paperwork
    Gibitz – we want to get the VAC ones for the kids
    Sports You app vs. Remind App.
