Call at 5:35 p.m Call to Order by Greg.
Prior minutes from March 19, 2025 approved.
Financial Report – provided by Jen T, financial report reconciled through March. Still have to
pay for the Bronze facility, haven’t split the money with the other team. Jen discussed
various amounts earned by admission, entry fee and snack table. We are still waiting for
payments from a bunch of teams.
NEW Business:
Refunds – One issue came up that a child was signed up and parents realized it was a
conflict with another team – Toriea made a motion to refund the fees for spring semester,
Lena seconded, all approved.
Help with Pool – Jen T discussed help coaches need in the lanes – highschool swimmers
can help for volunteer hours, college kids can help for lifeguard hourly fee payments-
Coaches are struggling with so many kids. Toriea made a motion to approve, Lena
seconded – all approved.
Insurance USA Swim – renewals happen in May, up to 125 swimmers – certain price –
includes coaches, board, we have 86 currently active registered
Banquet – Awards – April 22nd we need everyone to RSVP by the 15th, coaches will pick the
awards
New Board Results – we will know by April 12th – can announce at the dinner and need to
invite them to next board meeting.
Coaches gifts – discussion what to get
Summer swim plan – still working on it
Need for more coaches for the fall – Dylan reached out – a few seem interested. Coach
Jen plans to commit to being present to twice a week.
Reminder to all parents – we aren’t swimming during spring break in the evenings but
there is open swim.
Jesus scholarship created – but we need him to register.
New app for communication – Sports U – instead of Remind – Greg H to look into it to see
if we can switch for the Fall.
Discussion we need officials for next year, possibly change the volunteer policy – add bond
and costs, contract – board needs to vote.
Social media person – Coach Jen – we will need password for Instagram and facebook –
decide which trustee and that person needs to be active on social medial.
Fundraiser report by Kate G- Renegades Game June 13th Friday night $20. MT made a
motion to approve, Greg seconded, all approved. Kate in charge.
Coaches – some coaches are officials too -should we offer to pay for their renewal fees?

Next meeting April 30 at 5:30 with new board members – need to send a remind to
make sure they attend.
