St. Patty’s Day Parade

☘️ St. Patrick’s Day Parade – March 17 (This Saturday)

AKA: A great excuse to let your kids run wild in the street (safely).

  • 🏁 Meet at 11:00 AM – Park at Montgomery Elementary School (141 Union Street, Montgomery, NY 12549).
  • 🚶‍♂️ Lineup Spot: #37 on River Street (Directly across the street—no GPS meltdowns necessary).
  • 🍬 Candy Alert: If your swimmer is planning to throw candy, BRING MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED. Every year, we underestimate how much kids love free sugar. Think BJ’s bulk-buy levels.
  • 🎨 DIY Posters: Highly encouraged. Extra credit for creativity. Double extra credit if it withstands the wind.
  • 👕 Parade Sweatshirts Pickup – Thursday (5:30-7:30 PM) at the Pool for sure, and maybe Friday.
If you ordered extras for yourself or Grandma, bring $26.50 for S-XL and $28.50 for XXL+ (because we all know Grandma loves a cozy hoodie).
  • St. Pats Ramble, St. Patrick’s Day Parade… more info
