Financial Report provided by Melissa, Final checks came in from Bronze and banks are in a
great place. We have a second key to the post office box (Melissa and Toriea now hold keys).
Per Melissa we need to purchase stamps and the coaches have requested a plastic drawer
organizer cart to hold equipment. After a lot of research Melissa has decided Quickenbooks
would be the best financial software for the team. If the software is purchased as a yearly fee
we would receive a discount and the cost would break down to be $47.00 per month.
Vote to approve purchase of Quickbooks.

a one time yearly payment.

New business
Balances are not paid. We have a significant outstanding amount from a few families.
Melissa will be creating a report to better track this. Melissa will be reaching out to rectify these
balances.
Melissa will be looking into pricing for a hotspot for practices and swim meets. This will be
helpful with attendance and possibly admission to take venmo or some other form of payment
besides cash. We have to look into venmo and these apps to make sure they are secure and
what the fees are etc.

This upcoming fall season will be 29 weeks and will be increasing 5% each group across the
board. We will need to update our flyers to add a value pitch to attract new swimmers. For the
fall season we will start tryouts on September 8th and then new swimmers will start September
15th. We will reach out to coaches to see when prior swimmers will start, there was a request
for only new swimmers to swim the week of try outs and prior swimmers start the week after.

Volunteering- We will be having a parent meeting in the fall to express the importance of
volunteering and if we get the hotspot we may have a QR check in for volunteers so we can
keep track more effectively.
Summer swim- We will be holding summer swim at pine bush for 6 weeks and no fridays.
We are missing coaches on roughly 7 days throughout these 6 weeks. We will have to try to fill
these positions. There is a new coach Kiersten currently doing training.
