5:43 p.m Call to Order by Greg.
Financial Report – provided by Jen T, we got a savings account.
NEW Business:
Nominations discussed – Jen T to send out the Nominations email for the parents to vote.
Bronze Meet set up discussed – food, coolers, mats, ice, volunteers – need to share with
the other team. Discussions on picking up food at Sams and bringing it to OCCC.
St. Patty’s day parade walk – where we are meeting – reminder to send out.
Banquet – place – – date decided April 22

nd at Otterkill – different pricing depending on the
age of the kids. We are not charging the swimmers, just the parents, the kids will be
discounted.
Spring swim – sign up on line is easier.
Lena to send a message to the parents of the things that we have coming up.
