VAC BOARD Meeting 1-7-25
Attendance: Coach Jen (Virtual), Greg Hoover, Jen Thompson, Milana Tepermayster, Toriea
Brown, and Melissa Grau, Kate Giametta, Elizabeth Walsh on Speaker
5:42 p.m. meeting Call to Order by Toriea
Old Business – prior meeting minutes Melissa made motion, Milana second, all approve.
New BUSINESS:
Vac Board Meeting Minutes – discussion of procedures on posting board meeting minutes
on our website.
JANUARY BLITZ meet coming up- the older kids on the team will volunteer and support the
younger kids at the meet.

  • Re volunteers – all slots are full for Sat and Suns, Frida – 10 out of 18 are filled
  • Greg and his wife will be at the door
  • Discussion of cost of door entry – $10
  • Melissa to call the Bagel shop

ICE Skating – rescheduled to January 24

th at 7 p.m.

Jen Thomson financial report provided.
Discussion on the end of season awards/reception – last year was great – discussion on
venues. Milana to call Spruce Lodge to get an idea for costs – welcoming other ideas as to
venues. Agreed it should be in April sometime.
Jen T – will make a list for duties of the treasurer to make the transition smoother.
Toreia – will price out the VAC banner so we can use at events.
