Troubleshooting (Or: How to Keep Your Sanity Intact)

Many parents are experiencing issues because some required information is missing. Please double-check that all fields are filled out, especially your credit card information, address and the final signature field right above your purchase summary.

  1. Got an Error? First, take a deep breath. Now go back through all your fields and make sure they’re actually filled out. Yes, all of them (looking at you, autofill users—your birthdate likes to randomly time-travel). It should pop you back up to the missing field but if not just go through each field one by one.
  2. Credit Card Chaos. Did you remember to add your credit card info and address?
  3. Do. Not. Press. Submit. Twice. I know waiting is painful, but don’t hit submit twice on the second page. It takes a minute to send your info. Just scroll through Instagram, start a new TikTok obsession, or question your life choices while it does its thing.
  4. Don’t forget there is one sneaky field at the bottom for your “signature”.
  5. If you are still experiencing issues… watch the video, double check everything and then click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner to let us know what you are seeing.
