Swimmers should be able to swim 25 yards (one length of the pool) without assistance. This ensures they have a basic level of swimming proficiency to participate in our program.
Varsity Swim Group
Junior Group Junior level athletes are near “perfect” in all four strokes, and are able to take on more and harder challenges.
